Hey {{first_name | Team}}
Let’s be honest: most outbound messages are awful.
They’re too long. Too generic. Too “salesy.”
And prospects can smell it a mile away.
If you want real replies, your message needs to feel like it was written for them — not copied from a template library.
It needs to start a conversation, not force a pitch.
After working with hundreds of campaigns, we’ve learned what actually works.

HOW TO WRITE COPY THAT CRUSHES
Step 1: Lead With Their Interest - Not Your Pitch
If they engaged with a post on [Topic X], open by asking their take:
"Curious to get your take on [Topic X]. Have you had any success?"
Step 2: Use A P.S line To Build Rapport
Reference the influencer or content they engaged with:
"PS: [Influencer’s] journey in this space has been fascinating — worth a look.”
Step 3: Keep It Short
If it looks like an email pasted into LinkedIn, it’s getting ignored.
Keep it WhatsApp-length — 2–3 sentences max.
Step 4: Follow Up With Value
In your second touch, transition into your offer or share something useful.
It’s softer, and people respond better when you give before you ask.
Stick to these and you will crush 💪
