When platforms try to do everything:

  • b) You lose micro-specialties, the deep functionality that makes specialised tools excel gets diluted.

I love Clay, but recently we've had people using Trigify when they should be using Clay for data enrichment, and others using Clay for social intelligence when Trigify would serve them better.
