His 6-step system works because it captures intent systematically:

  • Track who's actually paying attention

  • Enrich those warm leads

  • Follow up with relevant, timely outreach

What do I suggest to standout?

1. You're reaching out too fast

Just because someone liked your post doesn't mean they're ready to buy. Add value first, engage with their comments, socially warm them.

  • Share a relevant resource.

  • Comment thoughtfully on their content.

  • Build familiarity before pitching.

2. Your outreach is generic

"I saw you engaged with my post" = instant delete.

Instead, bring them into your community, thank them for supporting your journey maybe even ask what content they would like to see. Get them invested in you and they will be more invested in what you have to offer:

  • Bring them into the brand

  • Reference their specific challenges (from their profile/posts)

  • Lead with insights and intelligence.

  • Make it about them, not your content.

3. You're not nurturing systematically

One message and done? That's not a system. Sadly everybody is different. So cookie cutter nurture sequence’s won’t cut it.

  • Set up multi-touch sequences.

  • Space them out over weeks, not days.

  • Personalise them (One of my favourites is Steven Brady’s personalised videos while he is on a walk.)

Konrad gets 10x more calls because he's turned each of these steps into a systematic process, not random acts of outreach.
